Christine Ussler has 30 years experience in restoration of historic buildings and adaptive reuse of existing buildings.
She has been involved with restoration, planning and adaptive reuse of many projects including, Riverport, Union Station, Illick’s Mill, and Ambre Studio in Bethlehem, and the historic Armstrong House at Cheney University.
She is also the historical consultant for the cities of Bethlehem, Easton, and Reading.

Lucienne Di Biase Dooley is responsible for the development of all projects at Artefact, coordinating work between the project owner, consultants, and other members of the firm.
Lucienne also evaluates the unique needs and budget requirements of each project in order to provide the most effective solutions.
