Morningstar Living, a 55+ community in Nazareth, PA, sought to expand its Heritage Village campus’s community center and create a connected, multi-purpose event and activity space on the site of a former underutilized and dilapidated barn. The project also included an addition to the Cooper Center’s existing meeting rooms, kitchen, and fitness facilities, and involved an extensive interior re-envisioning, using new and existing furniture and finishes. The expanded Cooper Center is an inviting and stylishly designed community space that serves a resident’s every need – with both bright and airy gathering spaces and cozy corners for quiet conversation.
