Mary Immaculate Seminary

Location: Northampton, PA

Artefact prepared documentation to secure historic tax credits and National Register nomination for the Mary Immaculate Seminary, a complex designed in the Italian Renaissance Revival style by renowned architects Albert and Henry Dagit Jr. While the property was renovated by a developer, we consulted with the architect of record to ensure that all work was completed in accordance with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Historic Rehabilitation.
