The City of Easton hired Artefact to compile a set of design guidelines for the preservation of the Easton Local Historic District, which was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
The publication includes background on the historic district, an exploration of its common architectural styles, and guidelines to help property owners better care for historically significant buildings.
