St. Peter’s Episcopal Church

Joining forces to preserve a Neo-Gothic architectural marvel

Location: Morristown, NJ

Client: St. Peter’s Episcopal Church

Date Completed: 2012

Artefact assisted Spillman Farmer Architects in creating a preservation plan for the restoration and maintenance of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, originally designed by Charles McKim of McKim, Mead, and White (1887-1909), in consultation with masonry consultant John Harry. The church then hired Artefact, again working with John Harry, to design repairs and restoration of the stone tower and side entries as well as repairs to the church’s stained-glass windows.
