Artefact’s addition extended the existing kitchen to make room for an expansive island, incorporated a new pantry and laundry room, added a shower to the existing powder room, and reconfigured the deck to accommodate the kitchen expansion. Connecting seamlessly to the existing sunroom and dining room, the addition facilitates a natural flow from one gathering area to another.
