The owners of this stately Emmaus home love to host family and friends, so they wanted an addition that would give them more room and improve circulation throughout the house’s common spaces.

Artefact’s design extended the existing kitchen to make room for an expansive island, incorporated a new pantry and laundry room, added a shower to the existing powder room, and reconfigured the existing deck to accommodate the kitchen expansion. The addition also connects seamlessly to the existing sunroom and dining room, creating a natural flow into other gathering spaces.
